Origins is a bad company you do not want to use them when you ask Christian what kind of product they use? They were close your account they do not want to answer the question. The manager in the staff people it work for this company is very mean to you. They use water-based spray because they don’t use strong stuff to kill buzz anymore that you cheap stuff This company want you you give your refund for your money they won’t. They love to keep your money. They are a scammer. This is a very terrible company

I called them about squirrels in my attic, made an appointment for an inspection on Saturday at 9:00 AM…a time that THEY chose and I agreed to. Nobody showed up. Nobody even called. 4 days later I went to their website and left them a message about them standing me up, I got a call the next day. They apologized and asked when they could re-schedule. Are you kidding me? Why would I make another appointment with them when they obviously don’t think my time is important? I hired a local company instead, they showed up on time for both the inspection and to do the work. Two stars instead of one just because I think one star should be reserved for the most unforgivable experiences, and Orkin DID at least apologize for ghosting me.

100% garbage. Called Orkin due to rodents/pests, and an inspector came out. Did a walk around of the perimeter, and inspected the attic. Wouldn’t even inspect the garage, which I found surprising since this was the source of the rodent problem. The inspector focused on finding one small silver fish bug in the attic, and recommended that I get an entire seal over the entire square footage of the house, to include weep holes for $4,700+. He also recommended a radiant barrier. I initially agreed to some form of remedy, of which the inspector said that he would email to me by 6 PM same day. This never happened, even after confirming my email due to me having previous work done with Orkin in 2019. I called back the office and spoke with an offsite female third party rep who said that she would reschedule a follow up call. This never occurred. A called a third time, and pretty much got the same thing. No response. Just completely ghosted despite me verbally agreeing to an Orkin treatment plan, along with being a past customer. For a company that claims to have a stellar record over 120+ years, this particular Fort Worth office clearly doesn’t give a damn about its current customers, let alone potential prospects. It’s more remarkable when I’m literally telling them to take my money for an important service, and they just don’t care. Absolutely unprofessional. Definitely going with Terminex even if I have to spend more money.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. Techs would lie and say they serviced the house and never showed up(we have cameras). They also would charge me and took money off my bank account for no service rendered. The guy in charge is rude and really doesn't care about his customers. Waste of time and effort even calling them. Just go with someone else.

Updated review: 10/23 Waste of money, really... We have had better results with locally owned and operated exterminators. The employees of orkin were very good, but their product is substandard. --------- Very quick and responsive. Very thorough in their examinations of the house itself, the attic, and the crawl space. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of products I don't need. Very friendly guys. Everything was explained very clearly, and I got a really good deal. From start to finish, with all the inspections and the general extermination for spiders and roaches and bugs, the whole process took only around an hour and a half.

The jury is still out on Orkin due to our investigation of roaches hasn’t changed and our initial technician just quit so the new guy didn’t even treat the inside just the mosquitoes. He didn’t even know we had roaches or what kind. It’s been almost 3 months now and still living with pests throughout. Wasps, roaches, and whatever lurks in the attic. I’m seriously considering changing to a different company!

Ralph is the kindest man! Takes all concerns seriously but is the consummate professional. No false reassurance. If there is an issue he will let you know. He’s always on time, takes care of my home and property as if it is own. Love the competent, caring service he provides!
