I own a ranch so my expectations for pest control is pretty simple. Remove the pest. Joseph from Orkin was able to do this. At first I found him to be a kind God fearing man and I truly enjoyed having him come to my home as he was always pleasant and did a good job. Because of this I chose to pay the borderline outrageous fee of $100 per month for his service. Fast forward a few months, I’m having to message him countless times to remove multiple hornets nest from my house. One being in an area my child plays. I have a nonverbal autistic son and to be clear, I do not have time to keep asking someone to do their job especially when I pay $100 a month for this service. He would leave my messages on read about the hornets nest (when I gave him weeks to handle it and was so kind about it- telling him to come at his convenience, even if I was going to be gone taking my son to therapy, I welcomed him to my home) He only responded after I told him I would be leaving a Google review. His response was not being apologetic but instead, asking me for money on a service I was unhappy with and most of all, a service that was not even completed. Only hire Orkin if you want to pay an outrageous amount to do most the work yourself. (And to only end up with a headache having to deal with the folks working there) God Bless.

Excellent customer service from the office set up through the first visit. Very friendly! I was put on a schedule right away & Frank did an amazing job. My husband and I were stunned when he started up a leaf blower to get webs out of my bushes.

Have been using Orion for a few months now. The guy that came out sprayed for 3 mins then left. I called to have someone else come out and they sent out Frank. He was absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend him. Very polite, and put out multiple traps. He even pulled out our fridge and stove and sprayed. He was wonderful that man needs a raise! Will be using him again from now on!

The regular rep. Who comes every time knows we have both the inside & outside completed but on this service she came just came and left a card in the door. The card said "Orkin was here," then only completed only the outside. We scheduled the service on Saturday on we were off and waited, now we have to schedule for them to come out on another day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She should have knocked or rang the door bell. Plus, she is the regular service person and knows we have the inside and outside always done on all service calls!

I signed up for pest and mosquito control. When Orkin arrived they sprayed my doors and windows. They did not spray for mosquitos "because it was too cold and dew on the ground". That was the first issue. I paid $285 to spray around my doors and windows and the outside of the house. I could of done that with home defense. I called to have someone else come out to spray the yard. Then we decided to just cancel, because it had turned into a huge ordeal. After canceling they sent another person out to spray the indoor and outdoor again on the same day. I sent them home. They do not commute!! They then took out another $285.00 out of our account, which should of been a credit not debit. So now I'm down $570. I was reassured the credit had been issued. Well today the credit was a debit. And a check of $235 was issued for the first credit, supposedly. And a $50 credit was applied to my account, which then disappeared from my account like it was reversed. The $50 credit is gone as well. I don't know how they operate, but this is unprofessional. And definitely no way to keep a new client. On top of that the call center people tell you one thing, but then your told another thing by the branch. They don't do what they say. I was told their call center employees are not necessary trained correctly because they work out of their home. That is just not good.
