I’m not sure how there are so many positive reviews. From my initial visit I’ve not had a good experience with Orkin. They charge more for the initial visit which is understandable if they say they will do all that is promised like searching for holes, and really searching to see where the pests are coming from. That was not done. When I called they said they sent the wrong person. From there I was told when they’d return for the next spray and no one came. That would happen a couple of times to where I had to call to find out or schedule the next spray. It’s like they kept “forgetting” about my account but didn’t forget to take their fee every month. When I called to cancel I was told I’d hear from a manager and no one called. I emailed which is when I received a response. I was told one month for the final payment but was charged the next month as well. When I would call one lady was quite kind and the other pretty cold and callous. The service technicians were nice and respectful which is why I gave it one star instead of two. I would not suggest Orkin to anyone. The pests are gone thankfully but the disorganization and price is not worth continuing.

I had my regularly scheduled visit from Orkin today. What made it an outstanding visit is the exterminator Mr. Zack Baggett. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He did not hesitate to answer all my questions and left me with knowledge I had not known. That is what's called exemplary service, unheard of on the market today!

My family and I have always had positive experiences with this company. Anytime we've had issues with bugs, the staff ensures all of them are taken care of leaving us with peace of mind. Switched to a different company one year to save a few bucks and regretted it all year long. Will always stick with Orkin

My experience with the service team was overall positive, though there were some areas for improvement. The first technician, Carl, did a phenomenal job. He explained everything thoroughly, walked us through the process, and made us feel confident about the steps moving forward. I also appreciated that he wore shoe covers, as I am very particular about cleanliness, and his attention to detail really stood out. However, when the inspectors came, my experience was less favorable. One inspector was training another, and neither of them wore shoe covers. This was disappointing, especially since they walked through my home and attic. Their demeanor was polite but lacked enthusiasm, making me feel they were not fully engaged. Regarding the service itself, I was given a quote of $5,000 to clear out my attic, remove insulation, and install new insulation. While they offered financing options, this price felt excessive, especially after paying $300 for the initial visit and $60 monthly for ongoing inspections. Unfortunately, this pricing is beyond what I was expecting or willing to pay, so I plan to seek other estimates. That said, Carl's professionalism and quality service stood out, and I am comfortable having him manage the ongoing inspections for my situation. While I would recommend this company for smaller jobs, I cannot recommend them for larger, high-cost projects based on my experience.

I highly recommend Orkin to any and everyone! Our Orkin Pro is Tyson. & he’s the very BEST! Very kind, Professional, and knowledgeable! He’s done such a great job at my home by providing a very thorough job of my entire home & even notices things that I may not! Very attentive! Definitely not just another technician spraying product! His professionalism and knowledge exceeds my expectations at every visit. Thanks to Tyson, my experience with Orkin has truly been amazing!

Tech Williams provided excellent service. He called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. I really appreciate the couple days advance notice given by Orkin to remind its customers of an impending service. Tech Williams was also respectful of my property by putting on shoe covers before entering my property. He even told me about different services that Orkin is now offering to its customers as well. Overall great customer service.

Cameo is outstanding. This was his first visit to my house (and yes, I can say outstanding), and I am very pleased with His work. He was very professional, courteous, nice, and knowledgeable. After introducing himself, he not only told me but showed me all that he would be doing. After completion of his work, he again showed me all that he had done and told me about the next couple of days after treatment what to possibly expect. Yes, I knew and have been a long-time client of Orkins, but it's nice to have someone who goes above and beyond and doesn't take for granted that everyone has had this service before. This young man is a welcome addition to Orkins and to my home service

Cameo was simply Amazing he put all my fears and concerns to rest. He assisted me with removing food from my pantry. Showed me how the rodents got into my cabinets. He went above and beyond to help me. I truly recommend him and this location. If i could give him 10 stars i would he is an excellent representation for Orkin services

AJ is extraordinary! Not only is he always on time he is attentive to one’s needs and concerns; He navigates them with expertise and ease. He also goes the extra mile to find solutions and his positive attitude is infectious. I had a spider problem and he gave me solutions that worked for me and was kind enough to clean up the huge web that was sitting outside the window. Wouldn’t want any other company other than Orkin!!
