Update: Got a response from Orkin management team after posting my negative review related to bat remediation that we had done in Dec 2023 for $2700. When I called them back The Orkin team was kind and listened to my frustrations related to the service to date. I understand bats are hard to address so I will give them more time to make it right. They are sending a team member out next week to take a look. I will update my review further as things develop.

If i could leave a 0 star review for Orkin, I would. I was charged double what i agreed to for most of their visits. When they visited they did nothing. Literally did not help at all. I didn't start seeing any results until a friend sprayed with a store bought pest killer. A couple times they didn't even show up. The communication with them sucks. I wasted probably $700 for absolutely nothing. I finally canceled my service with Orkin because they're awful.

Communication is not good. I tell the the office many times to make sure I approve of appointments ahead of time. They never do but then show up when I'm working and charge me for it when they aren't treating the inside of house or my backyard?

First technician that came out to take care of the bee problem had no idea why he was there. He thought I paid that kind of money for him to knock down a small beehive. The problem was much bigger and I had expressed that when I called for service. Notes were either not relayed or read. Application didn't take and a second call for service was placed. They never showed. No call, email, text, nothing. No communication at all. Poor poor experience with this company. **Update** Called as requested and was told they would call back that afternoon and reschedule. Never called. I called again. Scheduler had left for the day. Another instance of no communication. Way too much money to be this disappointed.
