Very unhappy with Orkin. We never got the visits we needed, after a year we have no difference in infestation. After 6 months they trippled the price. I expected to see dead roaches after treatments, never did. I got rid of more myself with cleaning out things and spraying them myself. I had to buy spray and sticky traps every week. Still battling bugs!

I'm sorry. For those of you who gave them 4 or 5 stars, are they paying you all for your reviews? We certainly can't be talking about the same Orkin company in McComb, MS. From my experience, if you enter into a contract with them, they are first visit and done. They will never keep their scheduled appointment. The constant change in service men with differing opinions on what is covered and not covered in the contract coupled with the lack of customer service was just too much to deal with. I had a pest control and termite contract with Orkin. Due to the constant scheduling and rescheduling and poor service, I cancelled the pest control contract. Nevertheless, I maintained the termite service. In nearly 5 years, I had one bait trap inspection but paid for more. If you report them to the Better Business Bureau, they will ask you to work with the local office and you will do that "how"??? Just FYI. Let me say this and I'm done. Orkin could not send a service person to perform their annual bait inspection but sent one out to collect their bait traps. I laughed so hard until I thought I would never stop laughing. I mean this really shows their level of depravity. Instead of scheduling the bait inspection I was owed, they collected their bait traps. Some cheap little bait traps that I've already purchased 10 for $175. I don't play the race card. But what else could it be? The disrespect of trespassing on my property when they knew I would be out of town, desecrating my grounds. Oh yes, I want the world to know. God bless you and good riddance.
