Spoke to a very nice and wonderful salesperson on Monday. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I found someone local who I felt better about (some of my questions were never answered with the salesperson...I asked multiple times). I called to cancel the service and spoke to someone who said he was after hours but would relay the message. Received notifications today that the appointment is still scheduled. I've tried calling (email said they were available until 12AM) to no avail. They have my card on file. This feels like such a scam.

As such, he set to work as discussed and completed his tasks in support of the upkeep of our home and yard. Also, he was informative, discussing the work of his crew and differentiated today's work from the termite support we receive on a different schedule from a different crew with Orkin. I’ve been using Orkin for almost 2 years and I’m pleased with the company. Recently Cole has been the tech. He’s always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The techs keep the scheduled time and the office will give you call ahead of time if the tech can’t make it. Which has happened maybe once or twice in the two years. No complaints from me. I always recommend them to friends. Update: 08/2024 I moved and transferred my service to my new house. I’m so glad did, the new house has ants infestation in the foundation and a bunch of hornets (brand new build 😩). Anyways they’re already fixing it. I met the my tech for this area Chris. He’s great. Like, Cole, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He spent the time to walk me through the issues and he assured me that this will be fixed. Again no complaints and I still recommend Orkin.
