Charges my card whenever they feel like it. Says they’ve arrived and charges me for services but never shows up. If they do show up they hop out of the car for a minute but are gone before I can get out the door to ask them a question. Absolute garbage customer service from their office staff. I’d drop them but I live out in the country and I hate bugs. As soon as I can find someone with a similar pricing structure, they’re gone.

My technician Shay is the ABSOLUTE best but the receptionists(or whatever her position is) has a very very very very very very nasty attitude. I have never experienced so much RUDENESS with a company in my 24yrs in business. I love orkin don't get me wrong but the she lied and tried to degrade me during my extremely unpleasant conversation with her gives me second thoughts about this company, just simply because they would allow someone with NO PEOPLE'S SKILLS to communicate with PAYING customers.
