I’m not sure what they do. Guy comes 3 times a year and I see 0 results. I am currently trying to call them about a massive wasp infestation in my yard. The guy was here last month. They are not answering my phone calls after I informed them I will cancel my contract if they do not come out and fix the problem. The lady on the phone is very sarcastic and rude. There is another option, I will be calling terminex. EDIT: they cut their phones off or have blocked me. I am now disputing the charge.
