Had appointment scheduled on a Friday with a 10-12 window for a $385 service. Rearranged schedule to accommodate that time but nobody showed up. Called and cancelled at 12:35 and then received a text at 1:30pm saying they are running late and then cancelled. Received a call Monday morning saying I was next stop but this service time was scheduled with no one?! I went with brand name thinking they would be reliable l, unfortunately this is not the case with Orkin.

Adam was soooo helpful! He quickly went around the perimeter looking for possible entry points of mice and filled 14! He also helped us with a couple we’ll need to do ourselves. He also looked in our attic and went over a few diff cost options for improving our insulation if we wanted to do that. He was efficient and super informative.

I honestly don't remember the name of the guy who came to inspect my home, but he answered the million questions I had. Could definitely tell he knew what he was talking about. Was confident in ruling out what was suspected and reminded me that he was there to teach out to in future if needed. I didn't think the price was terrible, but regardless of price I'd definitely use them in the future and request that the same guy come.

Received up to date communications stating when he was arriving and he was exactly on time. He assessed the structure and sprayed for carpenter ants. He was very nice and friendly. Appreciate the professionalism and promptness.

The Technician arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of the interior/exterior of our property. He made his recommendations and started treatment immediately. So far so good!

Worst company to work for and worst company to buy from I worked there for three since march was a living hell the manager at the office is rude has no idea what she doing or knows how to run the place. They don’t pay you the correct way. I was an accountant manager there and sent me to train in NH with a guy within the first 30 min tells me he don’t like gay men out of no where’s. Then when you get paid a salary of 3k a month and you get two paycheck you would think that it would be be easy math for some one but nope they take out a additional 116 before tax to get used on months you get paid 3 times in. Just do not use this company or work for them Catherine the one that runs the office has no idea what she doing. They wonder why they lose so many people and how two commercial account managers quit within five months just stay far away.

Home inspector and technician both showed up right on time and both had lots of advice and possible solutions to offer. Quick and to the point, the tech blocked off a lot of possible entry points for mice and laid about 20 traps throughout the house. I was very pleased with their first visit. Looking forward to working with Tyler to resolve my pest issues!

Orkin was last good in my area 6-8 years ago. We had one guy John. Ever since he stopped servicing our home, it’s been an absolute joke. People come uninterested to do their job, 90% of people just spray around the outside and do absolutely nothing inside. In the last year we keep having people show up on days we are unaware they are coming (so they spray outside, have no access to inside) our issue was mice inside especially garage. Which was entered 2 times in the last number of years. John used to notify us 30 min prior to being at the house. Last year two it is IMPOSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE. You leave voicemails, emails, they still show up.. spraying outside in few minutes and not addressing our issue. The last $800 or so on our account is absolute fraud. I quit my services, I finally got a hold of the “manager” advised them of our issues, literal non service.. quick spray outside, with noone rescheduling just showing up and then we end up with a fat bill. Well since hat is unpaid now, they contact me MORE than ever when I had their services 7 years! And now have me in collections. I refuse to pay. I won’t pay. I can send Orkin South Burlington VT office to court with all my proof of contact to RESCHEDULE when they keep showing up spraying outside sending fat bills, not addressing actual issue.

I set up service for today at 2-4. Got a text they were on the way at 8am. I called to complain and was told I am sorry and got immediate attitude from a few people. Then was told by a gentleman that I did not fit their company and hung up on. Maybe try to set up an immediate appointment after changing a clients appointment without their knowledge. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend you to any of my clients. As a business when you make a mistake it is your job to make it right.
