Orkin is very unprofessional they can't identify what they are supposed to be spraying for!!! If they are spraying at all because you aren't there to see. They have been to my apartment at least 4 times... twice to spray which didn't do anything, then ounce to check for bedbugs which they didn't find. They scheduled a appointment that they didn't show up for and then said I didn't have one. But I called the day before the appointment to get a time and they gave me one.!! But I didn't have a appointment!?? I took them samples of the bugs which they never looked at because they were to busy!!! They came to look and see if they see any by walking around and looking on the carpet!!! Of course they could not see any because they are so small !!!! So they are saying ( well I don't see anything) 🤔 I would never recommend orkin!!!

My first treatment so I’m not sure if it is effective. The Orkin team member was nice. I was surprised that for an initial visit not much spraying was done and took less than 20 minutes for the whole house. I was also surprised he didn’t spray in my enclosed garage the last company I had did the garage but maybe that isn’t the norm. If anyone knows please let me know.

We were given a two hour window for when they were supposed to be at our house so my husband was home waiting but Santiago didn’t show up until about 2 hours after the expected time frame. There was no notification letting us know he was running late. It would be nice to get updates or a call to offer rescheduling if you know your are 2-3 hours behind schedule

I love this company! The treatments really work! When I first moved in my home, my house was flooded with certain insects, but after a few treatments that stopped completely, and I do mean "stopped". My tech was Mark. Mark's very friendly and professional, and he knows what he's doing. I never have to feel uncomfortable sleeping in my own bed, due to crickets, scorpions, spiders, etc., now that Mark is around, because his treatments are targeted and prevents pests from coming back.
