“Due to a billing mix-up my payment for 10/13 -2014 did not get made and policy was cancelled. That I understand. What I don't understand is why they want to bill me for a $25 "restart" fee AND back bill me for the period of time from 10/13-10/14. They openly admit that had I had any issues during the past 12 months they would NOT have covered it but refuse to explain how they can back bill me for past 12 months of no service or coverage. Don't have a problem with a start up fee, but they are trying to rip me off for a time they admit they wouldn't cover!! VERY DISHONEST in my opinion”
