First off, I don't give 5 stars too often but I can for Daniel Williams the rep. who provided my service. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was professional and displayed a keen understanding of pest control solutions. Danielle took the time to assess his findings and communicated the reasons with detail what he felt was the best solution. He was genuine which I see as honest coupled with a great sense of humor which offered a level of comfort amd trust. Glad I chose Terminix

Great service. Great technicians for over 40 years. Our current technician, Miles, gave us a complete inspection report immediately after the inspection. He spent time answering our questions and making suggestions. Couldn't ask for a more courteous or knowledgeable tech!

I was honestly considering canceling my subscription with Terminix after the last pest control visit due to how unprofessional the technician made me feel. I decided to give it another shot since we got a new technician this time, and it made a huge difference! Technician Gregory Jones was very professional and took the time to check around, ask about our needs, and make sure everything was in order. I also appreciate that he kept us informed about his arrival time. I’d definitely recommend him!

I called this Terminix location on Tuesday, April 2 and asked if they could send someone out to assist with trapping and relocating a raccoon in my backyard. They scheduled a time for Thursday, April 4 between 1 & 5 PM. I rearrange my entire afternoon to make sure I would be home during that 4 hour time window. Nobody showed up so I called at 4:45 and they said that no one would be coming out, and did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. The agent rescheduled them to come out today, Wednesday, April 10 between 1 & 3 PM. At 4 PM, after still waiting for someone to show up, I called the 800 number for Terminix and asked if someone would be coming out today. The agent stated that an inspector had called and texted me earlier today but there was no response. I did not have any missed calls and I did not have any text messages. The agent called the inspector that was scheduled to come out and left him a message. He called me within 5 minutes of speaking with the agent and stated that he had called out sick today and that his schedule should have been dispersed between other inspectors. When he asked what my issue was, I told him that I had a raccoon that needed to be trapped and relocated and he told me that Terminix does not deal with raccoons. So I have wasted two weeks with this company trying to take care of an issue that you don’t even provide service for. My issue could have already been taken care of, but your agents at this location are completely unfamiliar with the services that you offer and schedule appointments for services that cannot be completed. I called this company because I have used them for my quarterly pest control and have been satisfied with the service, but I am thisclose to switching to a different company and never using ya’ll again.
