The only issue noted was with insulation in the attic. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to get a quote for installing new insulation.

I have used Terminex for several years at an investment property. I sold the property and was charged for this year’s termite service on August 9 because I forgot to notify the office. I called the office on August 12 and was told that I would be refunded the money. They called me a couple of weeks ago to schedule the inspection (after I had been charged). I told them I no longer owned the property. Called them again today because I have still not been refunded the service costs. They could not help me in customer service but to send someone a email. Disappointed!! Update: I called again today and they have not addressed the refunded or contacted. I was told it would be another 7-10 business days while they “researched the claim” - I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Will post an update once someone contacts me with something besides an auto reply.

No communication after the technician completed the inspection. I had to call and wait on hold for them to "dig for the quote" "Once you decide to use us, you can call the local office and set up for a formal quote..... we can not give you the local number, you need to call us back, then we will reach out to that office for you, they will call you back." Surely becoming a customer has to be easier.
