Leo has done my Pest Control service for many years, and I am very pleased with him. He is thorough, personable, and reliable in arriving when scheduled. Def8nitely a 5 star!!! Terminix EXCLUSION SERVICE, on the other hand, rates only 1 star. Although the techs have impressed me with their competence, the scheduling service is awful. For the past 3 months I have tried to schedule Exclusion Service at least four separate times. Each time I talk to a cheery receptionist who asks me for several openings on my calendar for a service call and assures me that a tech will contact me to confirm a scheduled visit. And nothing happens ... no followup call or text to confirm a visit. This is not an isolated experience; it has happened on other occasions. I have been informed that the Pest Control manager has contacted the Exclusion manager and that I definitely will have a tech at my house tomorrow ... we'll see what happens after all these months.

They came out at first promised the world but after I signed up they stopped doing the shared spaces and only sprayed the outside. The rodents are multiplying and I can't get ahold of anyone. I'm at the point now where I am going to have to pay another service to come and cleanup their mess literally and figuratively.

Brian has been my service technician for several years. He has always been very professional in his work and interactions with me always take the time to inform me and explain to me to my satisfaction and understanding of all work completed. I have had problems on occasion in contacting different Terminix departments for questions and/or scheduling other work associated with my contract. He never hesitates to in helping me to get to the right person or department to assist me in a particular matter that I need addressed.

Jaycob was exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain over the phone the scope of the contracted work, the products used, and the inspections he would perform. His thoroughness and courteous manner in addressing all our questions were greatly appreciated. Terminix has kept our house bug free for many years, and also helped us successfully deal with a mouse issue last year. Additionally, the representative who comes out to do the work each quarter is incredibly nice, and always explains exactly what he will be spraying and how it could impact our kids or dogs. Rest assured, it is all very safe children and pets, however he always reminds us that pets should not be outside for 30 minutes following spraying. He is fast and friendly! We have always had a great experience with Terminix—both in service and results.

Ratu did a great job from first contact to confirm our time and when he showed up explained all he was doing and even put on the shoe covers when he entered our home even when I told him it wasn’t necessary. He’s very friendly and professional!! He is a great face of your organization!! Would recommend him to be your lead technician, and have the rest of your employees learn from him…

My sister recommended Terminix, and even suggested to ask for her service tech, Brian Cutajar. Terminix promptly responded to my pest control needs. NO high pressure sales. Technician, Brian, did not disappoint! He explained treatment, particularly regarding my animals, which was very helpful. He was fast & efficient — I signed up for the quarterly service. Albert did a great job! Upon his arrived, he explained everything on what’s going to do and let us know what will be expected after the service. We got fleas in the yard, after he sprayed the yard he disinfected himself and wait sometime to make sure it’s safe before he enter our house. Thank you so much for the professional services.

We had a couple of mice running around, plus spider and ants, so we knew it was time to call in the professionals. Terminix offers a great service and they aren’t charging an arm and a leg. The best part was our exterminator, Alex. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She really went the extra mile and did not leave until the job was done and we were fully satisfied. She was a lovely person, which is important of course, but above all she was extremely thorough and effective. We are going to request Alex for all our future services! So far we have no more mice, no more ants, and the spider webs that popped up seemingly in minutes haven’t made an appearance either. Highly recommended!

Great communication about each appointment and the treatments last each quarter without seeing any insects inside. When it’s raining the technician knows to use a different method instead of a spray to ensure we’re still protected.
