Jeff was amazing! He contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was coming. I also received a message letting me know exactly when he would arrive, which was really helpful. I had an issue with spiders and he not only sprayed, but helped me understand how I can keep spiders away. He was very thoughtful, a good listener, and did his job well. This was a very positive experience for me.

We are extremely happy with our service technician Charles McKinney. Charles has been servicing our home for quite some time now and he always communicates with us prior our service to see if we have any issues. He addresses and takes care of any issues we may have. There’s times he finds problems we may not have known about. He’s very thorough. We definitely would recommend Terminix service because of Charles McKinney.

I give this score because of my technician Marco. He is truly an asset to your team and does his job with pride. He is always in a good mood and makes sure to greet me prior to doing the service, even if he has reached out the night before. He also knows a lot about insects and describes them and their ways in detail. It makes me understand why ants come inside among other things. He also takes the time to explain the treatment he is using. I always know that my yard will be treated properly. Marco Rocks!!

Very effective service if you are quickly trying to get rid or pests. We've lived at our home for 2 years and never had an issue with ticks or fleas. Since the beginning of this month I've been walking my dogs consistently every morning, and I noticed a tick on one of my dogs, I then came to find out that they both had ticks on them. So I quickly called Terminix and got the soonest available appointment. Hector Jacobo was our man, he text me a day prior to ensure a smooth arrival. Once he showed up he was very professional, he replied to my texts messages with updates on his arrival times that day, he then treated our home anywhere we asked him to with no hesitation (front and back yard plus dog room). After a couple of days I noticed a lot of hidden ticks that where dead or incapacitated that I would not have noticed or seen on my own. Terminix does allow a second visit within the month for free, if we feel or see anymore pests, so I took advantage and had Hector come out again just to make sure all ticks where disposed of. So again in a timely manner Hector came out for a second time and re did our home quickly and efficiently. Another plus I was not expecting was that the spray that was used also took out spiders (black and brown windows) and flys for a couple of days. So overall it was well worth it.

Excellent service! The service person John was amazing. He did such great job spraying our problem areas and explained clearly what he was doing and educated me, showing me problem areas that I could take care of to avoid future issues. I am very happy with this service!

Jeff did an awesome job. Very thorough! He addressed my areas of concern and sprayed all areas where I had noticed spiders and webs. He took preventative measures so that I would not have issues until his next visit. Very prompt and a great attitude!

My Terminix technician Ryan is always prompt in his arrival to my residence. He is very cheerful and always ask if I had any problems since his last visit. He pays attention to details. On this last visit he found a wasp nest under my eaves by one of my fence gates and he knocked it down. Mind you this is a side of the house that I very seldom venture to. If I need extra service before my quarterly visits I am able to get them at no additional cost by calling Terminix. Good job Ryan and Terminix! ?

I have to say that I have never been more happy with any service before today. My technician, Frank P., blew me away with his knowledge and expertise. He not only helped me with my problem, but walked me through every step of the way in such an awesome and detailed manner that it made me confident in his skills beyond any shadow of a doubt as well as reassured me completely. I am extraordinarily happy to be able to call on him again, and I'm feeling much better knowing he helped me out with his years of wisdom. Definitely will use the service again, would rate 100 out of 10 Stars.
