My experience with Terminix has been smooth and easy. I was able to easily schedule a free home inspection and estimate online and a team member was at my home the very next day. Within 24 hours a field technician named Phillip Harris was serving my home. I can't say enough how pleased I was with how thorough he was. He was friendly and professional and offered a follow up visit at no extra charge. I am glad I chose Terminix and feel safe and comfortable inviting Phillip back again for further treatments.

Our yearly termite inspection was performed today by Kelly, a technician with Terminix. She was very professional, informative and friendly. As she did the inspection she took the time to explain why she was doing things. At the end she was nice enough to suggest a few things for us to do in the future to protect our home. Mike Flaherty is our regular Terminix technician and he's always been exceptional. He always messages us ahead of our service day to see if we'll be home and want inside service or just outside. After the service, he messages us again with a detailed service report. On the few occasions when we have reported an issue, he has come out within a day and addressed it immediately. Superb service all way around and he's just exceptionally nice and personable....highly recommend.
