Technicians do a great job. HOWEVER the accounting system cannot get it right. I tried for 2 years to straighten this out. Finally had someone come to my house and cancel accounts and reissue. 6 months later....I find double billing....It is reasonable to expect the Customer website to be correct and not have to do forensic search for payment history in bank accounts and credit cards!

Tech showed up to my rental property ON TIME, was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything. After the visit there was a great follow-up call, and advice on staying ahead of the problem. There was also a follow-up email complete with pictures and recommendations! This service call was a clinic on how to do business the right way. I'll never use another service for any of my properties.

My experience with Terminix has been smooth and easy. I was able to easily schedule a free home inspection and estimate online and a team member was at my home the very next day. Within 24 hours a field technician named Phillip Harris was serving my home. I can't say enough how pleased I was with how thorough he was. He was friendly and professional and offered a follow up visit at no extra charge. I am glad I chose Terminix and feel safe and comfortable inviting Phillip back again for further treatments.

Our yearly termite inspection was performed today by Kelly, a technician with Terminix. She was very professional, informative and friendly. As she did the inspection she took the time to explain why she was doing things. At the end she was nice enough to suggest a few things for us to do in the future to protect our home.
