I had someone come out on Monday and they were amazing. I had an appointment scheduled for this Friday between 10-12 and I got a text message saying that I would need to reschedule my appointment. Obviously, not what I wanted to hear. BUT when I called the Pooler, GA office and spoke with someone, they apologized, and got it rescheduled for my original date and time. This was great customer service! Thank you so much!

All good things come to an end. We have been faithful customers for over 5 years. I would recommend Terminix to anyone who was looking for great pest control services. Unfortunately, I’ve now experienced some of the worst customer service from this company, and it’s time to move on. Mr.Tim, we have enjoyed you as our technician. 5 stars to you always. I can say one thing at Terminix we have always had wonderful service and the people they sent out especially the young man that is probably done it the last three years for us. He is just fabulous. I recommend Terminix highly great 35 years with them. Thanks again

The initial technician (Ms Oliver) did not bring the encastments thereby leaving mattresses the mattresses vulnerable to incests. When they returned with the encastments they were ill fitting. I then contacted the manager (MsAlisha) who stated the height size for the encastments did not very. The method used to eradicate the bugs was not effective. The next female could only place the interceptors on one bed because she could not lift the other beds by herself. Lastly, the end of September, they sent a gentleman technician (Mr Brunson) I believe. He was professional and efficient and effective in doing his job. He was able to correct the situation with the encastments, the interceptors for one bed. There’s still two beds that needs interceptors.

Depending on who is working that day I feel, determines what type of service, I am receiving. The agent did not ring our doorbell to acknowledge he was present. He did not spray inside our home as they normally do also, when i received the receipt the agent listed that the homeowners were not home, however, I was. I took off work that day to wait for Terminix agent to arrive. After reviewing my security camera, I see the agent was there less than 10 mins. When I called to have them come back to spray indoors, no one is either picking up or cannot answer my question. I feel like I am getting the runaround. Here we are into the next week and I still have not heard from anyone. I am requesting for T. Conner to do our service, in place of S. Flannery. Everything I mentioned above, Mr. Conner assisted with as well as removing the cobwebs from the corner of my front door.

I’ve already put in a complaint to the better business bureau but to let everyone else her know to never use Terminix, we had a scheduled appointment made Tuesday night for the exterminator to come out Friday between 8-10 and no one showed up for my veteran husband to call customer service and THEN be told “oh yeah we rescheduled you for the 14th” without any prior notification and when we told them that would not work and that it was unprofessional to reschedule and not communicate with your paying customer. On top of that we have a hold for $180 that they’re now saying that can take up to 14 days to release this payment. I’m so upset and frustrated at this unprofessionalism and Yates Astro will forever have my loyalty with they’re communication skills and reach ability and willingness to accommodate the messed up situation Terminix put us in.

My mom and I paid service last month and was charged for a service that didn't work. We still have ants coming into our home. Then my mom called out to them that we still have ants. They said they would send someone out who never came. My mom called back and they told her no one was scheduled to come out at all and they had no record of her call. Then they charged us for a new month for service that we didn't receive. We called the customer service and although we canceled service with them, they denied our refund. Their reason for denying our refund had something to do with a contract that my mother never signed. The person who signed the contract signed my mothers name. That's illegal. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Because my mother never signed this contract and the one who signed it forged her signature, we should get our full refund from the first time we paid too. That's beyond shady! The first month we was charged for a service that didn't work. The second month we canceled our account, they charged us for a service that we didn't get, and didn't give us a refund because of a contract that my mother never signed. This company is failing because of shady employees. They deserve no stars.

We had a hard time getting ahold of a person who could transfer the service out of the sellers name and into ours, as the new buyers. Approximately 7 contact attempts. Once it was taken care of the service was good.

Tried to set up service with Terminix. Secured everything online with an appointment for 5/10/2024. Got a message that the time was no longer available and that the branch would reach out to reschedule. Fast forward to Monday morning, i received a text that a tech was scheduled to be at my house between 10 and Noon. Those times came and went and i reached out to Terminix via chat. I was told that someone from the branch would be in touch with me. Fast forward to 120PM and i get a text that my tech was on the way. They must think that their time is more valuable than mine. I have cancelled the appointment. Poor communication.
