Chris explained the entire process in a way that I could understand. He also was very kind and respectful about my concerns about my cats and he also kept them safe when I was unable to find a place for them outside my home during the second treatment. Chris also came up with creative ideas for keeping everyone protected during and after treatment. I felt safe with him being in my home and knew he would take good care of everything. I was also highly pleased when, during the second treatment, Chris didn't see any live specimens. Since Tim, the initial inspector, said this was a severe infection, I fully expected that Chris might see some bugs, so it was a relief to hear that wasn't the case. I look forward to Chris's next treatment here and I know that we and our home will be in good hands.

Have used Terminix for several years for pest maintenance. Recently found I had an issue with pests in my attic and was happy to spend a small fortune for removal. I wasn’t pleased with the lack of follow-up or the fact that I had to call them almost a week later to ask them to remove the dumpster from my property. Not at all the process explained to me by the inspector or team. Wonder how long it would sit here if I hadn’t called to ask them to finish up their job? Do better Terminix!
