Not to mention he is SO friendly! He let's you know in great detail what he is doing and what to expect. He is honest and straight to the point. Doesn't sugar coat anything. I never even gave bed bugs a thought until oops, my son brought them home. I did not know for awhile that they were multiplying in his room. When we discovered them I freaked. I started googling and learning about them and their ways! I called Terminex immediately as well. They were out to my house to inspect. Thank god the bugs were only in a couple rooms. The next day they sent the technician, Nick,to my house to begin treatment. Nick was/is amazing. He knows his stuff and over a matter of a few treatments we are now bed bug free. It does take a few treatments, that is completely normal. Nick put my mind at ease about the bed bugs and assured me it was all going to be ok. I trusted him and he came through for me and my family. Bed bugs are no joke and I feel like I’ve gotten my home back thanks to Nick and his knowledge. Thank you again Nick Rumzek!

We had work (critter prevention) scheduled May 3rd, half the job was completed. They brought the wrong garage door seal and had to order the correct one. Fast forward almost 2 months, job still not complete and trying reach anyone who can do something is a nightmare! You are told an email will be sent and you will hear from someone in 24-48 hours. REALLY? Terminix took the full payment but have not finished the job or contacted us. Terminix's communication is a joke and now there is a critter in the crawl space. Do not hire.

He has educated me often about important, and sometimes fascinating, facts about insects, safety, prevention.

Second time attempting to get an inspector out as a new customer. The first time the call center gave the wrong information to a branch located 4-5 hours away from me - wasting the inspectors time and my own time. The inspector that was supposed to come out after driving an hour and a half away from his own branch admitted, they have sent him people out of area, out of state. The second time I had an appointment for today between 8-10am and nobody shows, I contact customer service to see if they’re running late and they inform me that they only see an appointment for tomorrow between 5-7pm. (See text message confirming appointment for today). Supervisor says the only thing they can do is reschedule for a third time with a hard emphasis that me being disappointed is not a big deal because “you’re not a customer” and it’s for a “FREE!!!!” Inspection. Well, they’re right, I’m not a customer, nor will I ever be. Absolutely horrible experience.
