My service contract expires 9/27/24. I moved so called to cancel and get a refund of next year's premium paid. Was told TERMINIX NEVER REFUNDS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID EARLY. Proof positive I am so glad I didn't use Terminix this time. BEWARE IF YOU USE THEM. I will be reaching out to the BBB.

Total rip off. I would give negative stars if I could. Spent a lot of money on a termite contract , they came and checked the bait stations *1* time. When I cancelled they said they were coming to pick up the stations so evidently I paid for nothing. Do not use these people. You can get a legit termite inspection + protection for under $300.

Do not recommend. Horrible service. Bed bug service over $1000 & did not work! Then a roach service in another home, did not work! They came out 4 times and “sprayed”. It did nothing! Also, employees forge signatures of their customers. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! - PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO EMAIL ANYONE! I HAVE AND HAVE EVEN CALLED WITH NO RESPONSE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING LEGAL ACTION. JUST WANT OTHERS TO KNOW OF OUR EXPERIENCE!
