Dylan was punctual and spent time explaining the process with the whole family. He did meticulous work during all the visits, and the results are beyond our expectations. No bugs in the house for a week or more now. We're seeing less and less outside, as well. Overall, we've been been really impressed with how friendly and informative Dylan has been.

Their termite service has been good, maybe even excellent. However, their pest control has no-showed me twice with absolutely no contact until a text 2 days after each missed appointment do another appointment. I even rearranged my Saturday morning for them and they no-showed me then. I cannot trust a company that does this. So when my termite contract ends next year, I will be switching to another company.

Did fine work. But when they tell you 12 inches of insulation, they mean they will add to your existing to make 12 inches total. They do not make that clear.

Zero star review. Per my experience, Terminix is not transparent with their pricing. The contracts do not show pricing in an easy to read manner. The contracts do not show the total cost, and anything even mentioning a monthly payment is buried in a wall of fine print. Apparently, they also record your conversations, but when you ask to hear any recording confirming that you acknowledged the price, they will not give that information to you. All you will get is "I'll make a note of that and someone will call you in 2 buisness days" guess what that call never comes so you will constantly have to call them to get anyone to help you. If you contact terminix for any services, ask specifically how much it will be and if getting you are setting up an agreement, be sure to ask how much it will be on a monthly basis and for the total cost of service agreement. This company will strong-arm you into keeping the contract by making you pay the full price of the agreement if you want to cancel. There are plenty of other pest control businesses locally if needed. Also, good luck trying to talk to corporate. You will get transferred to several different people who will tell you they can't do anything for you. Also getting ahold of any manager at the local branch is very difficult. Its been my experience that terminix does not want to resolve issues unless that issue is them getting money from you. Whatever email posted below does not work.

Not so much about the local office, although they have been of little assistance, but a review on terminix as a whole. Whatever email terminix posted in response to this review does not work. They refuse to give me the local office number and keep charging an exorbitant monthly fee for a service they are not providing. They were not upfront and transparent about pricing of their services to begin with and will not do anything but give you the run around when you call for answers. Neither corporate nor local owners are transparent about their buisness practices. There are plenty of other pest control businesses locally that can be of help rather than this shady company.

Nick did an excellent job explaining the procedure and materials I would need. He also took the time to explain my situation. Then, Caleb was very proficient when he installed my termite foam and baits. Not to mention, I called on Friday, had an appointment scheduled by Monday (Nick was even earlier than I expected ?) and Caleb was able to come out to install treatment the same day!! Awesome service.
