Lady in the office knows nothing said I'll have to have the branch reach out to you. Never calls to set up appointments and never showed up. Never did a inspection that they said was free and anual. Just came and put bait stations around the house and never came back. and now three years later the floors are bouncing from termites and we are with 20k dollars worth of damages. And they give us the excuse they maybe a different kind of termite than we put bait for. Bulls.... Do not use these people they are garbage and a joke.

Their termite service has been good, maybe even excellent. However, their pest control has no-showed me twice with absolutely no contact until a text 2 days after each missed appointment do another appointment. I even rearranged my Saturday morning for them and they no-showed me then. I cannot trust a company that does this. So when my termite contract ends next year, I will be switching to another company.

Zero star review. Per my experience, Terminix is not transparent with their pricing. The contracts do not show pricing in an easy to read manner. The contracts do not show the total cost, and anything even mentioning a monthly payment is buried in a wall of fine print. Apparently, they also record your conversations, but when you ask to hear any recording confirming that you acknowledged the price, they will not give that information to you. All you will get is "I'll make a note of that and someone will call you in 2 buisness days" guess what that call never comes so you will constantly have to call them to get anyone to help you. If you contact terminix for any services, ask specifically how much it will be and if getting you are setting up an agreement, be sure to ask how much it will be on a monthly basis and for the total cost of service agreement. This company will strong-arm you into keeping the contract by making you pay the full price of the agreement if you want to cancel. There are plenty of other pest control businesses locally if needed. Also, good luck trying to talk to corporate. You will get transferred to several different people who will tell you they can't do anything for you. Also getting ahold of any manager at the local branch is very difficult. Its been my experience that terminix does not want to resolve issues unless that issue is them getting money from you. Whatever email posted below does not work.
