DO NOT go with this company. If zero stars were possible that is what I would give. Even though my wife and I were impressed with our tech, Dominique, the overall customer service has drastically declined in the last few years. We have been with them over 20 years for both pest and termite prevention. In the past, we have had techs creating tickets as if they have come, but didn't, which took months of back and forth as well as pictures to clear up the fraudulent charges. They were constantly messing up our bill, and randomly increasing and deducting on the account without warning. When you try to speak to anyone about it, they have no problem overtly showing that they could care less. They would make no attempt to take responsibility for their constant and numerous mistakes. Joe Lyles, the Area Service Manager, left an offensive voicemail on my wife's phone, full of arrogant assumptions. Unfortunately, his assumptions were blatant misinformation, and we have multiple texts to prove him wrong. Texts don't lie. It would have been much more professional to seek understanding and compile the "facts" of what is "truly" happening before leaving such an offensive voicemail. As of now, they owe us $40.
