“I've known Ernie for a long time now and made him some money by getting his company jobs on Davis Island. So now I asked for a little favor (to spray for spiders at my house) it took ten minutes. So I thought it would be a freebee since I've given him years of business but NO he sends letters instead of just calling me, saying he'll take me to collections. Crazy after all these years he's still the spineless guy like he was in school. The part that kills me is that I told him to put it on my restaurants account. Maybe his guy was too messed up to remember, I don't know? If anything I'd go someplace where loyalty means something and he has no clue. Rick”

“Reckless, careless and money-driven. If you have any pets, or your neighbors have pets, you could very well lose your pet as this outfit is in such a mad rush, they don't check. I know that animals will sometimes get trapped and killed, but my kitty was under the backyard deck. The DECK, not under the HOUSE, but the outside deck. A simple look under the deck, they'd have spotted her. I also know that all termite tenting companies are supposed to check for all animals, wildlife, cats, dogs and two-legged type. But this outfit is so greedy, they cram in as many jobs as they can. They don't bother to pre-post that they will be doing a job, even though there is no requirement, that's just a matter of decency, safety and common sense and it's no burden. They rushed to the house at 2pm, to tent a two-story house and they hustled to get the tent over the house and all these three men cared about was getting out of there before it rained. Had they looked under that tent in the backyard, the deck which they could see all the way through, they'd have seen my beloved kitty, my cat who was fearful of people, but they'd have seen her. I also told them I could not find my cat, I was calling for her, and they saw me doing so, they knew my cat was missing. Still, they couldn't care less. My cat would have meowed but of course, when they put the tent up, they weigh it down all the way around, to seal it in. Of course a cat struggling for air, being shot with poison, could not get out. Had I known in advance they were going to tent, I would not have let my cats out that day. I called for my Nikki all day and night. I walked around that house, which is next door. I spoke to neighbors who are having their homes tented and are using companies they have used before, and each said the other company did a very intense job of checking that all animals were out before they gassed the house. These people only care about money. I was calling my cat, and the foreman said "hey do you have termites do you want a free inspection?" This is all they care about -- making a buck. I would never use a company that has such disrespect for animal life and is so reckless and careless and only focused on rushing rushing so they don't get wet, or get to the next job. Starting a tenting job at 2pm on a big two-story house is just a rush job. Please DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. What is it worth to spent a small amount more for a company that has a heart for animals? My cat was a rescue from the pound, fearful of people, but so loving to me. Such personalty, she loved me, and I feel her absence, please think about that if it was a pet you loved.”
