I was very happy with the service l got from your company. Thr young man, Ryan was very professional, he put booties on the entire time he was in our home. He was really friendly and listened as l explained what our problem was them he explained what he was going to do which was look around the house inside and outside including the garage then he would come back and discuss his findings and discuss a solution. That is exactly what he di and in great detail he explained that there is a tree at the back corner of our home that is loaded with ants and they are getting into our bedroom through the windows next to the tree. He treated the outside for all pests and did a good spray on the tree for aunts then did a treatment inside and in the garage. He gave me a lot of information for going forward what to do and watch for and to call him any time if there are problems. I was truly impressed with him and his service and will recommend him if anyone needs pest controll.

My Orkin service was amazing. I have a phobia of bugs and I called them in a panic. Bryan was so helpful and knowledgeable about the service and pest control. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. He was thorough and explained everything. He also made sure that he explained every step he was he doing to eased al lot of my discomfort. We also appreciated James for such a thorough inspection, sharing tip and tricks about keeping a "bug free" home. He was also very knowledgeable about the service and helped us develop a plan to keep bugs out. They were both great and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My experience with Orkin was next level AMAZING! It was very easy to find the branch that services my location from the website. The person that helped me with setting up the service and treatment plan was so helpful and super friendly. I was even able to have a technician visit the same day. BUT the best part of the experience was Ryan, our technician. He was extremely kind, providing great information and super professional. Alex Boer was very pleasant and friendly as usual. Also he is professional, and respectful of our home. Haven’t seen a bug in the house in over 2 year! Me Boer’s knowledge, professionalism, and his people skills are truly OUTSTANDING and the main reason we keep using ORKIN. BTW, Would miss Alex but he is without question, Supervisor or Management material. What started out as a fear of terminates turned into a team to be celebrated for putting my fears at ease. I walked in Friday night, 6/7 and saw dead bugs with wings as I entered the house. (Fear) It was after business hours and I had an early morning flight on Monday, 6/10 so I figured I’d try my luck with the few days I had in between my next trip. I called Trish and asked that my technician stop by the house on Friday and she was able to schedule. Tarus has always been a pleasure to work with so I was happy to see him and his positive energy first thing Friday morning, 6/14. He advised me that it wasn’t his area of expertise but he’d would spray and send a termite expert my way. Within an hour Mr. Massey was on his way. Upon arrival he immediately confirmed that it wasn’t termites, but ants (relief) and showed me a picture of how close they are in body. After a complete termite inspection he scheduled attic insulation to treat current and future bugs as well as terminate monitoring with an annual plan both with installation on 6/17. I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years and this is my first review, so that should tell you the team exceeded expectations by getting this done in expedited fashion. I HIGHLY recommend Orkin and look forward to working with Tarus and Kent (Massey) for years to come. Thank you Orkin team for a job well done.

Not sure if this is the right Orkin but we had Kent come out to inspect then later that day Frank came out. Both did an absolutely outstanding job. Both were incredibly warm and friendly.
