They help with 3 of my restaurants. The peace of mind from ridding and preventing pests is worth it. These other smaller companies are a joke from past experience. After bad experience from a smaller company, you could call orkin and they will come to actually remedy the problem.

I got a referral from a friend when I noticed a bug I was unfamiliar with in my condo. I made an appointment for service, and a technician came that first time and it was fine. After that he just showed up without calling and wanted to do the service without notice. This meant me leaving my condo for two hours afterwards when I was not given notice. He proceeds to spray the outside only as if that is a full treatment and I get charged as if it was. After many months of no contact, I get a call from the office and set up an appointment. Again, the technician attempts to come by at a time outside of the schedule and when I say I need to reschedule he ignored that request and came anyway. Again, spraying the outside only. I have now spoken to other customers with similar concerns and realize this is a widespread issue. Moreover, I can never get a response when I try to reach out to the customer service team. Horrible service! I’m absolutely ending this contract ASAP!

Jose Perez has been my Orkin tech, on and off for years now. He is professional, thorough and an overall great tech! I am always satisfied when he’s my tech! I have had great experiences with different techs, of course, but since Jose knows my building and my condo, there’s a sense of familiarity that comes along when he’s scheduled to come out and spray! Very personable and easy to talk to and amazing at his job! If I could give 10000 stars, for Jose P.. I would! Thank you Orkin for hiring such great techs!

Nate from Orkin in Antioch is amazing! His customer service skills are the best I have ever seen within Orkins. He makes it a point to always follow up and makes sure all my pest issues are resolved. You guys should give the man a raise and maybe have him train other field guys to continue the positive customer service he provides.

Gentlemen was kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable of ants and pests. Explained the processes well. Allowed me to ask questions. Cleaned the cob webs, sprayed the outside of home, identified ant trails. Showed me how to use ant bait, and followed up for further processes if needed. Great woman who took my call and explained how Orkin works, fast appointment date, and very helpful! Thanks Orkin!

Orkin was so great! They sent Thomas for an inspection which was an awesome experience he was very thorough and took his time, he even got a service tech to come out the very next day! Super helpful and you can tell he cared for his clients. Jose came the next day to service our home. He was on time, very polite, and super knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and took the time to search for any openings to the house that would lead a mouse or rat to enter. He was also wonderful and did a fantastic job!
