I have been suffering through a traumatic infestation of German cockroaches for the last several years. There have recently been some big changes in the lives of myself and my children and I was finally able to get an exterminator. While Orkin wasn't the cheapest option, I am very confident that it was well worth every single penny. I paid $244 for my initial inspection and treatment. I was overwhelmed and very scared to have anybody inside of my home due to the embarrassment and humiliation of my infestation. From the initial phone call with Susan up until my first treatment, I was treated with dignity and I was not made to feel embarrassed. Susan was very professional but unbelievably compassionate as well. She didn't make me feel embarrassed and she didn't make me feel shittier than I already felt with the state of my home. I felt comfortable telling her about my problem and she walked me through every single step. The man who came to do my treatment was named Carmelo. I explained to him the gravity of the situation and showed him how bad the infestation was. He wasn't very talkative, but he was informative and professional and he treated my home with respect. He did a wonderful job and explained everything thoroughly, he walked me through everything that he would be doing and what would happen in the next few days and months. I finally feel like I can breathe. I know that an exterminator might not seem life-changing, but for so many people it is. I feel like I'm going to be able to sleep at night. I feel like I have a new lease on my life and the direction I am going. I'm thankful to orkin and to Susan and to Carmelo for all of their help and their compassion. If you need an exterminator, you will have to pay for it, but I assure you once you actually get it done, it will be worth every single penny you pay. Thank you so much to everybody who I have spoken to and to everybody who has helped me through this. I highly recommend this service.

The techs that come to our home are so professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I still see some spiders but we live by water and have a lot of cracks to repair so that’s on us, although if that was an added service by Orkin I’d buy it!!!! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

We have been using Orkin for about two years. We use their general pest service and mosquito service. Prior to using the mosquito service we could not enjoy our outdoor spaces from dusk each day.
