I've been under contract with Orkin since February of 2022 ,I called them with a rodent issue, they've done nothing, but made me feel like , a older black widow ,that's being Scammed. They're actually trying to convince me, who lays every night and listening to rodents run through my house, I call them , they say , has anybody else ever seen the rat ?,as if I'm just paying them for services based on my imagination, I see the rat ,I hear the rat, I smell the rat, but,after all the money I've spent ,following up on every recommendation suggested, they're now trying to convince me that , there's not a rodent, when I was spending money and not complaining, they just continue to charge me, but now that I have a voice and keeping records and voicing complains, I've become a problem, they even ask me to take pictures of the rat,bottom line services paid ,but never rendered, that guarantee is worth the paper it's written on

We have been using orkin for several years now. The last 6 months they have gone down hill. Claiming to have shown up when people where home all day and they just did the outside, but they where quick to charge us for that and then claim they can come back any time they want. Talked with the manager this last time this happened and he seemed genuinely sincere about it getting better. But then I noticed that I never got a service report email like I always do when they stop by even if we aren't home. So with that we will be ending service because I can't trust them any more.
