They recently just came out a second time around, and they did a terrible terrible job, and they normally do a fantastic job, but the worker we had this time around did a poor job, and it seem like he didn’t really care, and 3 days later they finally took their money, when the last time we had them come out 2 weeks before that, they took out the money that same day. It’s just seems crazy that they do a great job one time and then the next time when someone new comes out they act like they don’t seem to care, and even want to help… we seen the bugs start to die the first time they came out but then a couple days later they were not dying, and then they just recently came out the 15th, and now we’re seeing them like crazy, but not as bad, but you can still see them alive, and crawling around.

I had a new service tech today. Blake was very good in his service. Better than the tech I previously had ( twice). I had to leave early so Blake only did the outside perimeter. ( he will come back next Monday to finish the inside). Blake performed checks I hadn’t seen a service technician do for awhile. He was very thorough. I hope I get to keep him as a service rep. He is very good.

I had called the corporate number to request that a specific treatment be done during my quarterly treatment, but the message was not relayed to my technician. Despite not receiving the treatment I was expecting that day, my technician Blake was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly, and was very personable in addition. He also did his best to rectify the miscommunication.

The salesman was good, but the agent didn't do anything she said she would be doing. I paid thousands of dollars for an infestation fix and one person spent exactly 3 hours at the site on the first day to resolve the first treatment. 6 weeks later and it's still horrible.

We had a little misunderstanding on setting up the appointment (at the corporate level not the store that deals with my area) but they immediately came out the following day . I was even able to set the time that fit my schedule. Blake did a fantastic job. He was courteous of my belongs and very mindful of my 3 kids and pets. He listened to my concerns and took into consideration my opinion of how the pest are moving on a day to day. We worked out a plan together based off the information i provided. He was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we get the situation under control as fast as possible and to keep unwanted pest out of the home.
