After 8 years of consecutive service and thousands of dollars spent we canceled our service. We called to get the tech sooner than scheduled due to a wasp problem and when he came he sprayed it with a can and said he didn't do attics and a specialist would come. When that specialist came she did the same thing sprayed it with a can, looked in the attic and said she couldn't go up there despite and tried to sell us some pest control boards. That was news to us because our first few techs would go into the attic and pray as well and not just the perimeter. She then did a whole perimeter check and wanted to sell us a termite treatment when we called for wasps. We then contacted the office several times to get the situation handled but they would say we would get a call back from a manager and that call never happened. I called last week and asked to cancel the service and they said the manager would call and again no call. I called again this week to cancel and finally today we got a hold of the manager. After telling him the issue he offered a discount and not a full solution as well as said he hadn't heard of us calling until to speak to him until today. When I came home dates of when we both called he cut the conversation short and hung up without letting me know how we would be getting a cancellation confirmation. 8 years just thrown down the drain. I highly suggest getting the service for what is needed and cancel after because it's a waste of time and money. They do not value their customers.

EXCELLENT customer service. Wesley contacted us the same afternoon that we called in and was at my house at 7:54 the following morning and was easy to talk with and very professional,AND then the icing on the cake was when Toad and Red appeared to take complete and thorough care of our termite problems. In my opinion they all deserve a raise. Will only call on Orkin in the future.

It started off great. But this last time I have already had to reschedule 5 times. The first time this month I had to call and tell them to come 3pm or after, like every month. When they rescheduled it was for the Friday from 4-6. No one showed up. The got a text saying they rescheduled for another day from 2-4. I got a text saying they were at my house at 2:30. I was on my way home at that time. I was maybe 15 minutes away. They didn’t wait. So I called and rescheduled for today 4-6. Got a text saying the person was here. I am home. No one was at my house. I have told them since the beginning that i don’t get off work until 2:30 and home at 3.
