“Ordered Strychnine for the multiple Gophers that are attacking my property. If there was a next day option, I would have opted for it but none was available. I was looking to get this ASAP since every day they do more damage to my property. They have destroyed a Pool Pump Line, undermined a central A/C Unit and the damage continues every single day. So the order was placed back on June 9th. Incredibly, I still don't have the poison 18 Days later! So much damage could have been prevented if I could just get what I ordered. They said they were going to refund my money, then they said they were sending it out again,tracking said it should have arrived already. Still nothing. To add insult to injury, my credit card bill came today and sure enough, they charged me and did not credit anything back. So I have a bill, hundreds of dollars in damage from the Gophers, but still no poison. I would NEVER, repeat, NEVER order anything from them again. I suggest you stay far away from this business. The worst customer service I have ever seen. No one checked to make sure the order went out or got to its destination and the credit that was promised never happened. Incredibly bad. Now I will have to call the credit card company to dispute the bill. Stay away from this place. Incredibly bad management.”
