Sean always does a great job of communicating after each service. I’m not always home but he will go out of his way to give me a call, send an email and full service report. Since I’ve been getting regular service each season I’ve seen a huge improvement with ants and spiders. When I first started a would see a colony of ants getting in every few days. Now I rarely ever catch any ants inside or outside. Sean has been great throughout the last couple years. Whenever I’ve reached out he is very responsive and gets back to me with a time he can come back out within the same week.

Consistently over the past 2 years, the tech has failed to adequately clean and control the spiderwebs and insects around our home. We are charged a ridiculous amount of money for this service when only a small portion is actually completed. He shows up giving us an 24 hr notice and never talks with us unless we go out to him. Today was one of those days. We are seriously looking for a change in pest services sooner rather than later. We shouldn’t have to call after each visit asking him to come back out to finish the service.
