Sean always does a great job of communicating after each service. I’m not always home but he will go out of his way to give me a call, send an email and full service report. Since I’ve been getting regular service each season I’ve seen a huge improvement with ants and spiders. When I first started a would see a colony of ants getting in every few days. Now I rarely ever catch any ants inside or outside. Sean has been great throughout the last couple years. Whenever I’ve reached out he is very responsive and gets back to me with a time he can come back out within the same week.

I was very disappointed when I heard he was moved out of my area. I’m sure your other employees are very good but Sean is one step above . Consistently over the past 2 years, the tech has failed to adequately clean and control the spiderwebs and insects around our home. We are charged a ridiculous amount of money for this service when only a small portion is actually completed. He shows up giving us an 24 hr notice and never talks with us unless we go out to him. Today was one of those days. We are seriously looking for a change in pest services sooner rather than later. We shouldn’t have to call after each visit asking him to come back out to finish the service.

After calling and speaking to a representative who set a 4-hour morning appointment window for the following day, a technician never called or showed up at the house. I called back later that day and was told the technician was very busy but would call me right away, but again no call. I guess Terminix doesn’t need the business. A waste of my time and energy.

This ucky job was done with the utmost care and attention to detail I can imagine. The inspection and set-up of the job was very thorough and detailed. During the job itself the men were polite, careful of everything and I commend them for being able to work in twenty inches of crawlspace. When they were done there was no evidence they had even been here. Good job Matt (my usual guy for regular visits) for going down to find the problem; Jay and Jason for doing such a thorough inspection and detailing what needed to be done; and the three guys who did all the hard work down in that awful space - taking everything out and replacing it with new materials. Good job!!!!!
