Sean Wilson is the only reason why WE have stayed with TERMINIX!!! His Professionalism, dedication, and high quality standards are superb!!! Always before he arrives, he gives us a heads up announcing he will be arriving 3 days in advance. of Once he arrives, he is prompt, let's us know he is fon the property and gets to work!!! If anything is out of the ordinary, he discuses it with my wife and I and allows us to make the decision to resolve the situation. Once concluded, he lets us know he's leaving and within the hour we have an email of exactly what he did and found while on the property. TRULY I say unto you, a man of his word, and a fantastic representative of TERMINIX!!! I'm glad Sean Wilson is our Technician!!!

The Terminix Agent coordinated with me before and after completing the treatment around the outside perimeter of our house. He sprayed the foundation around the entire house and garage. He also threw down granular insecticide against the foundation and dusted behind the light fixtures and electrical boxes to remove any webs. Lamont Robbins

I was a new customer of Terminix, and the inspector failed to show up for two separate appointments. Initially, I was understanding when the first appointment was missed, things happen. The receptionist explained that my appointment hadn't been given enough notice, so we rescheduled for another 3 days later to ensure the inspector had plenty of notice. However, on the day of the new appointment, the 3-hour appointment window passed without any communication. I called the company to get an ETA, but the receptionist couldn’t reach the inspector. I was told this was normal when they’re driving and likely meant they were on their way. After waiting an additional hour past the appointment window, I called again, but no one could get in touch with the inspector. I was then offered the option to reschedule for a second time. Despite my patience, I couldn't afford to wait another potential 3 hours without any guarantee of their arrival. As a result, I opted not to reschedule and have not received any follow-up or outreach after they missed 2 appointments wasting over 6 hours of my time. I would not recommend based on customer service alone. And after looking at previous reviews, this seems to be a common complaint with this company. Don't bother, I've had more success with EcoCare Pest Control.

I like how Jimmy always texts me before he comes for our home's quarterly treatment to keep the ants and spiders outside. That way we can communicate about any additional needs, like ant bait stations to use indoors. I can also let him know about access or plant issues. Sometimes I have him avoid the area where our rhubarb grows. My point of all this is to say that this level of communication is key to great service!

Sean Wilson is great. I appreciate his punctuality. He keeps me informed of what he did during his visit. He recently recommended a free crawl space inspection, of which I took advantage. Turns out there was evidence of rodent activity. Luckily this was caught early and rectified expeditiously. Sean also responds timely to texts asking him to come out to address pest activity in between visits. I feel like he cares. Thank you for the awesome service Sean!

John is an amazing bug tech With Terminix! We had 2 pest control companies we hired when we moved in and we decided to keep Terminix because of the service provided by John! He knows that I enjoy the garage to be sprayed and politely asked every time if I can open my garage as a reminder! There is never a reminder missed! I’ve noticed he does a better job around the perimeter than anyone else we have had as well! Top notch service!
